Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA)

It is a requirement of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 that LHINs (Local Health Integration Networks) have a service accountability agreement in place with each health service provider that it funds.

As an agency funded by the Toronto Central LHIN, Harmony Hall entered into a new Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) effective April 1, 2014. This M-SAA covers a three-year term ending March 31, 2017.

As part of the process to develop a M-SAA, Harmony Hall was required to submit a planning document. This planning document, together with the M-SAA, forms the basis for our multi-year funding and planning framework.

This framework supports the province's efforts to facilitate alignment of the provision of health services across health sectors and in line with the Ministry and LHIN priorities.
